Editing Report (MUE561)
RECORDING PROCESS
“Kau Akhiri Cintaku” composed by Megat Mohd Affiq Bin Abd Latiff is in form of A,B,C in the meter of 4. The original key for this song is in F Major but has transpose to key of Eb Major. This song is recorded using audacity software for the subject of ‘Introduction to Technology’. In the usage of this audacity software, this song is recorded ‘track by track’ where the first track has the element of piano, the second element would be the voice and the third element is the drum/percussions. These entire element is combined and therefore creating a composition in the format of MP3. This song is recorded from form A to C without any repetition with the time length is 3.06 per second.
EDITING PROCESS
The song that has been recorded has been formatted into MP3 is then imported into the audacity software for editing process. The original song with a form of A,B,C and a record of 3.06per second are then extend to a longer time using the ‘Copy and Paste’ or in other word, the song is repeated from verse B, thus creating a longer version of the song in a new form of for example : ‘Intro,A,B,C,B,C,A,Ending’. The song extends to 4.24per second after the editing process. Other than that, other effect is also has been inserted into that song for example ‘Echo’ effect in verse A for word ‘bila’, ’bersemi’, and ‘harapan’ to give more dynamic. A ‘Change Speed’ effect is also used in verse B and ‘Change Speed, Tempo, and Fade Out’ effect is used in end verse.

Persembahan Koir Fakulti Muzik UiTM Shah Alam 2009
Persembahan koir di TV3 (MHI) dari Fakulti Muzik UiTM Shah Alam yang terdiri daripada 18 pelajar Fakulti Muzik menyampaikan sebuah lagu yang bertajuk 'I FEEL GOOD'. Kumpulan koir ini dipimpin oleh pensyarah dari Fakulti Muzik sendiri iaitu Cik Faezah Hamdan. Persembahan ini adalah bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan conference UiMusic yang akan diadakan pada bulan oktober 2009. Turut hadir pada persembahan tersebut ialah Dekan Fakulti Muzik Prof. Madya Dr. Shahanum Bte Mohd Shah.
